Journal of Contemporary Urban Affairs is Going Green with Electronic Publishing

2023-04-20

Dear readers,

We are excited to announce that starting from the next issue, Volume 7 No. 1, Journal of Contemporary Urban Affairs will only be available in electronic format. This decision has been made to promote sustainability and reduce the ecological footprint of our publishing activities.

As the demand for our journal has grown, we have doubled the number of articles that we publish. While this is great news for our readers, it also means that we need to be mindful of the impact that printing and distributing our journal has on the environment. By moving to an electronic format, we can significantly reduce our paper usage and carbon emissions.

We believe that this decision is aligned with the values of our journal, and we hope that it will be well-received by our readers. As always, we remain committed to providing high-quality content and promoting critical discourse on contemporary urban issues.

Thank you for your continued support of our journal, and we look forward to sharing our upcoming electronic issues with you.

Sincerely,

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hourakhsh Ahmad Nia
